Garda Siochana were on high alert after Moneygall residents were terrified by the prospect of a thin, black man wearing athletic wear of as of yet unknown American street gang (green and gold are the colors) roaming the streets of Moneygall looking to skin a CAT, preferably of Kilkenny origin.
